We are seeking an experienced Construction lawyer at the Associate, Senior Associate, or Director level with a solid background across either the contentious or non‐contentious aspects of Construction & Engineering law to join our successful team in Birmingham.

Our Team
The global Construction & Engineering practice is led by experts who advise on all aspects of construction and engineering projects, from project inception and procurement to execution and dispute resolution. The team advises on UK contract standard forms – NEC4, JCT, model contracts – and international forms such as FIDIC, IChemE and bespoke turnkey contracts. All forms of dispute resolution are handled, including litigation, arbitration (including international), dispute boards and adjudication as well as ADR.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified lawyers (4+ PQE) with a strong track record in Construction & Engineering law.
- Commercial attitude, confident, proactive, good people skills, team player, interest in business development.
- Ability to work on a diverse workload across sectors (e.g. engineering plant, process plant, built infrastructure) and handle both contentious and non‐contentious matters.
Career Development
