Main Responsibilities
- Distil project information into a narrative to successfully tell the story across simpler deliverables.
- Create narrative structures and Art Direction documents for clients to sign off.
- Champion understanding of the production process across multidisciplinary projects.
- Concept and Art Direction for mid-level and larger scale standalone projects.
- Play an active role in steering the creative with the Creative Director and Project Director with larger scale projects.
- Be an active participant with client presentations taking the lead alongside the Creative Director.
- Manage and mentor team members on projects, always ensuring to lead by example.
- Present concepts to clients.
- Alongside the producer manage client expectations and successfully negotiate client demands.
- Understanding the commercial aspect of each project in relation to ensuring creative decisions are taken on time and within budget.
Qualification/Experience
- 2 to 4 years experience within a relevant creative agency/production environment.
- Demonstrate examples where you have used your own initiative and had a level of responsibility and autonomy on projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience building and maintaining client relationships.
- Organised and efficient.
- Experience with Google docs, specifically Google Slides.
- Graphic skills - Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- 3D modelling skills - 3ds Max, Cinema 4D and/or SketchUp.
- Degree qualified in a relevant field.
- Proactive, confident, curious, calm under pressure, positive and approachable, reliable.
