Squid is seeking a Head of Strategic Customers to lead its most important utility relationships from discovery through deployment, adoption and expansion. The role sits between product, customer, and commercial execution, collaborating with power-system engineers, data teams, users, buyers and executives to translate ambiguous customer problems into measurable outcomes.

You will own the operating plan for a small portfolio of strategic customers, build multi-threaded relationships, and drive.
