The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

The role of development squash coach is integral for Solihull Arden Club. The coach would play a key role in the upkeep and progression of the squash section working with Head Coach Chris Ryder. Work would cover all areas within the squash section, both adult and junior; internal coaching and external membership drives. Previous work with school programmes would be highly beneficial.

We are looking for a coach who can drive membership numbers and cater for the members we have with professionalism, creative ideas and well-organised events. The candidate must be reliable, motivated and endorse the long-term vision of the club.

You will be self-employed and capable of coaching groups and private lessons ranging from beginners to elite (supporting the Ryder Squash junior academy). The candidate should also be capable of organising external groups and competitions, such as work with schools and developing junior events. Work will include evenings and weekends.

The coach must hold a level 2 coaching certificate or above, valid DBS and England Squash license.
