Coordinate on-boarding and migration of trading flows with technology and business stakeholders.
Pipe cleaning of new asset classes to be traded in the firm using internal applications and broker/exchanges before the full-scale trading.
Gatekeep the production environment by reviewing the changes in technology space; create and maintain internal tools and scripts.
As a member of the Trade Flow Integration team, you would be:
- Conducting scheduled pipe cleaning activities with regional trading desks and operations.
- Carrying out analysis, planning & execution for any ongoing on-boarding, migration projects.
- Analyzing and providing feedback on changes going into production wherever gaps are identified, CAB approval.
- Providing assistance to trade floor support, operations and trading desks on any queries raised related to the trading flows.
Skill Set Required for Position:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related subject.
- Understanding of the financial domain and different types of asset classes (at least listed ones - Equities & Derivatives).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions.
- Experience working in Linux based environments and proficiency in at least one scripting language.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of trading fundamentals, including market types and asset classes.
- Python, kdb+/q experience.
- Database experience.
