Squarepoint Capital is seeking a Junior Discretionary Trader. Recent graduates or near graduates will join the Discretionary Trading team to learn on the desk under guidance from senior traders.

You will assist in daily portfolio monitoring, hedging, and maintaining target positions across multiple asset classes while collaborating with quantitative researchers to leverage a world-class research platform.

You will help structure opportunities, track PnL, monitor performance, and understand risk.
