  • Providing person‑centred, non‑judgemental, trauma‑informed coaching tailored to individual needs
  • Managing your own caseload, including weekly support sessions and professional meetings
  • Completing assessments, support plans and risk management plans for new customers
  • Supporting customers with benefits, personal 짜 contributions, arrears management and payment plans
  • Supporting customers to developF independent living skills and plan successful move‑on into the community
  • Carrying out room checks and ensuring accommodation remains safe and secure
  • Completing health & safety checks, fire drills and reporting repair issues
  • Maintaining accurate daily records and updating internal systems
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals, including social workers, solicitors, translators, police and education providers
  • Providing specialist support around immigration matters, settled status and age assessments
  • Ensuring safeguarding, child protection and all relevant policies and procedures impeccable
  • Promoting Squared services within the wider community
  • Providing cover for colleagues when required

About You

You’ll be a compassionate, resilient and motivated individual with the ability to empower vulnerable young people while also setting clear and consistent boundaries.

  • Empathy and a genuine passion for supporting young people and vulnerable individuals
  • The ability to coach, mentor and motivate, while appropriately muskolating negative behaviour
  • A calm, organised and proactive approach, even in pressured situations
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Confidence working collaboratively within a small, specialist team
  • Resilience, emotional intelligence and a positive outlook
  • Commitment to delivering high‑quality, respectful and empowering support

Experience of working with asylum seekers or within supported housing, social care or community services is highly beneficial, but most important is the right values, attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

Why Work With Us?

At Squared, you’ll be part of a supportive, values‑driven organisation where your work truly matters. We offer:

  • A meaningful role with real impact
  • A supportive team environment
