We are entering a phase of hyper-growth. The product is validated, the client list is elite, and the market is opening up. We are looking for a Rational Dealmaker to join the crew.

The Profile: The Financial Wolf

  • We are looking for a "Hunter" with high Conscientiousness and high Financial Fluency.
  • Experience: 3-6 years in B2B closing roles.
  • Ideal DNA: 3+ years in B2B Financial Sales OR a High-End FinTech/SaaS environment. You are used to selling complex financial value, not simple widgets.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary (subject to experience)
  • Uncapped Variable Commissions, including accelerators for high-performance.
