My clients, a local dealer group, are looking to employ an AFTERSALES BOOKING ADMINISTRATOR for their busy motor business in Southampton.
£33,000 OTE PLUS MANY BENEFITS
Responsibilities
- Contact the database of existing service customers to remind them about services due, warranty recalls, and product updates with a view to improving customer retention and service bookings.
- Handle this as an informative sales role with no hard sell involved; prompt a positive response to maintain customers\' vehicles in tip top condition.
- Utilise telephone skills, database management, and strong administration and PC skills to perform duties.
Qualifications and Skills
- Very competent and capable on the telephone.
- Experience with database management.
- Very good administration and PC skills.
Training and Working Hours
- Full training will be provided and you will not be expected to contact customers until you are competent and confident in doing so.
- The hours are flexible and this is a full-time Monday to Friday position with the occasional Saturday morning.
