Job Title: Mid Front-End WordPress Developer (Initial 3-Month Contract – Potential to Go Permanent)

About the Role:
We\’re looking for a talented Mid Front-End WordPress Developer to join our team on an initial 3-month contract. This role has a strong view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. You\’ll work closely with our design and development teams to deliver responsive, user-friendly, and scalable WordPress websites.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

· Developing and maintaining WordPress websites with a strong focus on front-end performance and best practices.

· Translating design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code.

· Customising themes and templates to meet project requirements.

· Optimising sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.

· Collaborating with designers, back-end developers, and project managers.

· Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing codebases.

What We\’re Looking For:

· –4 years\’ experience working as a front-end developer, with solid WordPress knowledge.

· Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

· Experience with modern front-end workflows

· Ability to customise WordPress themes and work with page builders when needed.

· Understanding of responsive and cross-browser / mobile compatible design.

What\’s on Offer:

· Competitive contract rate 35-40k per annum (pro rata / negotiable)

· Initial 3-month contract, with the genuine potential to transition into a permanent role.
