Join our client's small and dynamic team as a Part-time Sales Administrator and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of their Blackburn office. With a warm, welcoming, and friendly persona, you will provide excellent customer service, administration support and help out with providing quotations as well as meeting and greeting customers whilst maintaining impeccable communication skills.

Hours: Approx 20 hours a week, over 3 days.

Salary: £12.00 per hour / £23,500 per annum pro rata - negotiable

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and answering phone calls, demonstrating your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Handle and process customer orders and update the relevant information onto the CRM system / database, contributing to the organisation's professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Providing quotations for products and services.
  • Answering inbound customer service calls as well as dealing with email correspondence.

Requirements for the Sales Administrator:

  • Previous administration experience with a professional telephone manner.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling seamless interactions with colleagues and visitors.
  • Exhibit a warm, welcoming, and friendly persona, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Display strong organisational skills, enabling you to successfully manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising quality.
  • IT literate with experience using Word, Excel and Outlook.
