Your new company works for a company that loves all things design, including renovation and modernisation of the interior and/or exterior of commercial buildings or residential properties. Operating from their office based in Blackburn, our client is now recruiting for a Part Time Customer Support Representative / Customer Relations / Administration. Working hours are flexible, offering flexi-time arrangements with the potential to work from home, within business needs. Standard working hours a week are approximately 20 hours, worked over 3 days or split hours over the week.

Your new role involves organising and drafting documents, taking calls and emails, and arranging meetings for the manager and customer service.

What you’ll need to succeed: To be successful in securing this position, you must have excellent organisational skills and be proficient with using Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel. You will be working within a small team, so you should be a collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and confidence when speaking with customers to build relationships are essential.

What you’ll get in return: In return, you will be paid an annual salary of up to £25,000 pro rata, depending on experience, with the potential to earn more. Additional benefits include free parking, training and development, and flexible working hours on a part-time basis.
