Are you a Family Law Paralegal looking for a rewarding and challenging career? Our client is a prestigious law firm in Clitheroe offering a training contract to qualify as a solicitor! You can work flexibly from home or the office, depending on your preference and availability!

As a Family Paralegal, you will be part of a supportive and dynamic team, handling a diverse range of cases. You must have previous experience in Family Law to apply for this role. You will have the opportunity to work independently and grow professionally, under the guidance of our experienced Fee Earners.

Benefits and Hours:

  • Parking
  • 25 Holidays (plus 1 free at Christmas) plus Bank Holidays
  • You can buy a further 5 holidays.
  • Hybrid working: 3 office, 2 home
  • Monday - Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents
  • Manage client cases
  • Conduct research and drafting
  • Open and close files
  • Create initial drafts of documents and forms for divorce, family and children matters
  • Communicate with clients regularly
  • Perform general administrative tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Minimum one year of family law experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deal with confidential information
