The Customer & Supplier Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day communication and activities between customers, suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners.
The role ensures customer requirements are understood and delivered efficiently, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring orders, deliveries, and enquiries are managed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding promptly to enquiries and requests.
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Provide accurate updates on order status, lead times, deliveries, and any potential delays.
- Coordinate customer requirements with sales, operations, warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
