An exciting opportunity has arisen for a reliable and competent Office Administrator/Executive Assistant to join a team within an international firm in Accrington. Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum + excellent benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks and covering reception when required. This role requires a candidate to be in the office 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 5 days a week in the office.
What you will do:
- Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Manage and organise internal meetings, conferences and meeting rooms for the wider team
- Assist with sorting and delivering incoming/outgoing mail/packages/deliveries
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Senior management
- Provide administrative support to managers, other employees, and office visitors
- Control office supplies and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
What you will bring:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator/Executive Assistant
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
