We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect with a strong background in HRIS implementations who can also bring solid Business Analyst experience to the table. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and enjoys shaping both the technical and functional sides of delivery.
Required Skills/Experience
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on HRIS projects
- Strong Business Analysis background, ideally in HR or enterprise system environments
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and writing functional specs
- Deep understanding of modules, workflows, integrations, and data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident working with technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote team
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Architect end-to-end HRIS solutions tailored to business needs
- Gather, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit and understand business processes, pain points, and priorities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents
- Lead impact assessments, gap analyses, and process mapping to support solution design
- Support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and change management throughout the project lifecycle
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and support agile delivery methods where applicable
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and handover
- Provide clear, concise, and consistent communication to stakeholders at all levels
