We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager to join a fast-paced technology transformation programme. This role will support the delivery of critical IT initiatives and projects in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- You will be responsible for leading ServiceNow-focused projects and ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives.
- You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage project timelines, and help define scope in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Lead ServiceNow projects, focusing on ITOM, CMDB, and eBonding.
- Plan, manage, and drive project delivery to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Utilise Agile/Kanban tools to manage workflows, track progress, and report status.
- Navigate ambiguity to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and act as a personable, trusted point of contact.
Required Skills/Experience
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects, ideally with ITOM, CMDB, or eBonding experience.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile/Kanban tools and methodologies.
- Drive and persistence to achieve goals and follow up effectively with teams.
- Experience within technology/outsourcing programmes.
- Understanding of AI-enabled solutions, cloud technologies, and data-driven initiatives.
- Exposure to fast-paced, high-energy, hands-on environments.
- Experience with complex technology transitions or operational change programmes.
