Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- End-to-end management of FTTH projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Active project controlling: budgets, costs, schedules, and milestones
- PMO lead for process compliance and reporting
- Prepare results reports, forecasts, and action plans
- Monitor performance, escalate issues, and manage logistics and materials
- Serve as main interface with clients' project management teams
- Ensure audit-proof project documentation
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve end-to-end project processes
Required Skills/Experience
- Knowledge of subsidised broadband expansion, project controlling, contract and claim management
- Strong communication, assertiveness, and leadership skills with strong business German
- Structured, analytical, independent working style
- Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 70% on-site / 30% remote)
