Salary/Rate: £395 – £445 Per Day Inside IR35

Job Type: Initial 3 Month Contract (with possibility to be extended)

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join their team

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

You will be responsible for the leading Agile ceremonies, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring SAFe practices are followed while delivering regulatory data projects, including those aligned with BCBS 239 requirements.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

– Scrum Master with strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies.
– Experience working on regulatory or compliance-driven data projects, ideally involving BCBS 239.
– Familiarity with data lineage, metadata management, and data governance concepts.
– Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
– Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
