R2R Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join a dynamic team working on the R2R (Record to Report) stream of an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. This role will primarily focus on the redesign of the Chart of Accounts (CoA), ensuring a seamless and efficient transition to the new system.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with finance teams to define business requirements for the CoA redesign.

Analyse and document current state processes and recommend improvements for the Oracle Cloud ERP solution.

Work closely with functional and technical teams to translate requirements into system configurations.

Ensure alignment of financial reporting with business objectives through process mapping and documentation.

Conduct testing and validation of Oracle Cloud ERP features within the R2R stream.

Support user training and change management efforts related to the CoA redesign.

Provide ongoing support post-implementation, ensuring the system operates efficiently.

Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Requirements:

UK resident and eligible to obtain SC (Security Clearance).

Proven experience in a Finance Business Analyst role, ideally within an ERP implementation (Oracle Cloud preferred).

Strong understanding of Record to Report (R2R) processes and financial systems.

Expertise in Chart of Accounts (CoA) redesign and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment.
