We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to support the end-to-end delivery and uplift of IAM/IGA product capabilities.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- This role is critical in ensuring that IAM controls, governance, and system integrations are fully aligned with business needs and technical architecture, contributing to a secure, compliant, and scalable identity management environment.
- Act as the lead Business Analyst on IAM/IGA product uplift initiatives.
- Work closely with IAM Architects, Product Owners, Engineers, and Senior Stakeholders to:
- Gather, define, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Translate complex IAM/IGA needs into clear and actionable documentation.
- Define and document end-to-end IAM/IGA solutions aligned with strategic and operational goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data mappings, and use cases.
- Support system integration activities related to IAM platforms and tools.
- Assist in planning and executing user adoption, training, and change management for IAM/IGA enhancements.
- Contribute to the governance and control model of IAM, ensuring compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory standards.
Required Skills/Experience
- The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in IAM/IGA programmes.
- Strong knowledge of IAM governance, control frameworks, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT domains.
- Experience in supporting system integration, process design, and user enablement for IAM tools.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, hybrid enterprise environments with strong regulatory expectations.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
- Experience with IAM/IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar.
- Understanding of compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR) as they relate to identity governance.
- Prior experience working in financial services or other highly regulated sectors.
