We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to join their team for a contract until the end of the year.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Working Experience in Application Support, Maintain High availability of non-production environments by managing proactive and effective monitoring & alerting of test infrastructure.
- Address and remediate various non-production Servers infrastructure vulnerabilities across Corporate business unit as per standards.
- Preserve and enhance the knowledge base of Environment Monitoring and Automation activities by appropriate documentations.
- Can quickly identify Infrastructure issues and do an RCA and run Triage calls to resolve issues end to end.
Required Skills/Experience
- Working experience on Linux and Windows Operating System.
- Working knowledge of IBM MQ, Kafka, Oracle, Ms SQL Server or other relational Databases.
- Has configuration, management and support experience of Apache Web Servers and Application Servers - JBOSS, WAS.
- Implementation knowledge of Ansible, Firewall, PKI, Cyber wallet and SSL/TLS encryption.
