We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Domain Expert with deep expertise in the Paper and Pulp industry and a strong background in MES, SCADA, and OT systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging operational knowledge with digital manufacturing solutions to support system design, implementation, and continuous improvement across industrial environments. The candidate will come with over 15 years of overall experience.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

  • Leverage strong domain expertise in Paper and Pulp manufacturing operations
  • Support the design, deployment, and optimization of MES and SCADA systems
  • Collaborate with OT/IT teams to integrate shop-floor and enterprise systems
  • Analyze production and process data to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Translate mill operational needs into technical specifications and solutions
  • Provide input into automation strategies and Real Time system design
