My client in the global investment banking sector is urgently seeking a Java/Kotlin developer to assist in the development of Internal/client-facing applications.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
1. Design and develop backend services using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
2. Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to build maintainable and scalable systems
3. Use Functional Decomposition and Functional Programming practices to break down complex problems and deliver efficient solutions
4. Work with relational databases to design schemas, write queries, and ensure data integrity
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, DevOps, QA) to deliver high-quality products
Key skills required
1. Solid experience in Java or Kotlin backend development
2. Proficiency in Spring Boot and building RESTful APIs
