Location: Laindon, Essex - 4 days per week in the office
Salary/Rate: Up to £613 per day inside IR35

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Designing and building high-scale backend services using Java
- Developing secure and resilient identity and access management solutions
- Working on systems supporting high-volume transactional workloads in a regulated environment
- Applying Test Driven Development (TDD) throughout the software development lifecycle
Required Skills/Experience
- Strong experience in backend software engineering using Java and Spring Boot
- Pair Programming experience
- Strong IAM (Identity Access Management) - preferably OAuth & Azure
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior software engineers
