Business Process Consultant - Celonis

Job Title: Business Process Consultant – Celonis – Outside IR35

Location: Hertfordshire – onsite 3 days per week

Salary/Rate: £450/day – outside IR35

Start Date: 26/05/2025

Duration: 6 months

We are looking for a Business Process consultant to join our client on a 6 month contract working outside IR35!

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Lead and support end-to-end process documentation across departments and regions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and global alignment.
• Develop and maintain the Global Process Matrix, mapping ownership, system usage, and integration points across functions.
• Use Celonis or other process mining tools to analyse real execution data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with SMEs and business leaders to gather process insights.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure process designs support broader business goals.
• Support global transformation initiatives, including ERP deployments and continuous improvement programs.
• Contribute to global process governance frameworks and standard operating procedure (SOP) libraries.
• Provide input to change management and training materials as new processes are rolled out.

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience in business process consulting, process documentation, or operational excellence roles.
• Demonstrated ability to document and model processes using BPMN or similar frameworks.
• Experience building or managing Global Process Matrices or similar governance structures.
• Celonis experience required
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proficient in using tools such as Visio, ARIS, Signavio, or Lucidchart.
• Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment.

Desired/bonus experience:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA .
• Business-level proficiency in German or French.
