Job Title: Business Process Architect
Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid Working)
Day Rate: £400 – £425 (Inside IR35)
Contract Type: Six Months Contract
We are looking for an experienced Business Process Architect to support the development, communication, and execution of methods and governance procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment and/or asset management operations and be highly proficient in process architecture, analysis, and re-engineering.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Design, implement, and manage process architecture to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and document process models using recognised tools and techniques, such as Visio, Blueworks, ARIS, and BPMN/EPC.
- Facilitate process workshops, including walkthroughs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Elicit process information, gather relevant data, and model business processes effectively.
- Apply BPM notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to achieve process objectives using industry-standard methodologies.
- Analyse existing processes and lead business process re-engineering initiatives to drive improvement.
- Use process metrics to inform decisions, reduce risk, and improve operational performance.
- Apply standard process improvement techniques, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to optimise business processes.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience within investment and/or asset management operations .
- Extensive experience in process modelling and re-engineering, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN, EPC, BPEL, and other recognised process modelling notations.
- Proven ability to facilitate process workshops and engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Deep experience with process analysis and the application of process metrics to drive improvement.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for business process redesign and optimisation.
