Job Title: Business Analyst – Life Sciences Location: Remote – UK Based Salary/Rate: Up to £545 a day Inside IR35 Start Date: January / February Job Type: 6 Month Contract (with scope to extend) Company Introduction We are looking for a Business Analyst with Life Sciences experience to join our client in the Pharmaceutical industry. Job Responsibilities/Objectives Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis through interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders. Map and optimise health care processes and work flows to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and development, to design and implement effective solutions. Analyse data to uncover insights, track performance, and develop detailed reports and dashboards. Ensure compliance with health care regulations and standards, maintaining the highest quality and safety. Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, supporting successful project execution. Develop and execute test protocols, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure quality assurance.Required Skills/Experience Analytic Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and derive actionable insights. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of life sciences, including biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and health care processes.
