Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Identity Verification Business Analyst to support the analysis, implementation, and optimization of digital identity verification processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive improvements in verification and security processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Document business processes, data flows, and system interactions clearly and effectively.
  • Evaluate and support the integration of digital identity verification technologies such as biometric verification, face recognition, document verification, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital identity lifecycle management and access controls.
  • Support Agile/SCRUM development processes, participating in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Test and validate identity verification processes to ensure accuracy, security, and performance.
  • Manage and prioritize project tasks to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Familiarity with protocols and platforms such as REST, SCIM, Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, including the ability to interpret large datasets and create visualizations.
  • Knowledge of automation tools to streamline identity verification workflows.
