They are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Lead to drive identity governance, access management and compliance initiatives across Asset & Wealth Management platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for an identity specialist with strong hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow expertise and the ability to lead implementation, governance and continuous improvement initiatives within a complex, regulated environment.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives You will lead the design, implementation and optimisation of identity governance capabilities using SailPoint IdentityNow, ensuring secure, compliant and efficient access to business-critical applications, platforms and sensitive financial data.
Key responsibilities include:
SailPoint Implementation & Application Onboarding: Lead the onboarding and governance of applications, directories, cloud platforms and business-critical systems into SailPoint IdentityNow (SailPoint ISC), overseeing integrations, connectors, provisioning workflows and access controls.
Identity Lifecycle Management: Design and optimise Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes, identity transformations, identity rules and connector or cloud rules to ensure accurate, automated and secure identity life cycle management.
Access Governance & Compliance: Establish and enhance access request and approval processes, access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement management, segregation of duties (SoD) and privileged access governance.
IAM Architecture & Integration: Provide technical leadership across identity integrations, API connectivity, connector design and provisioning workflows, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards and implementation best practices.
