The Implementation Manager will work closely with the Programme team, stakeholders, Change Management, and Service Readiness to ensure safe and secure implementation of Bank and customer outcomes., Oversee the merger of code with SMEs (in collaboration with the Technical Delivery Lead).
Implementation Planning:

Review and update high-level implementation approach, presenting to the Working Group.

Lead detailed implementation planning, including:
-
Minute-by-minute implementation plans.
-
Implementation communications plans.
-
Forecast and secure necessary implementation team resources, including third parties.
Governance & Approval Processes:
-
Raise and secure approval for Change records.
-
Prepare for and present at CDR and CAB to secure required approvals.
-
Contribute to Go/No-Go decision papers.
Execution & Support:
-
Lead the implementation team.
-
Actively participate in live proving.
-
Manage incident resolution during live proving and warranty periods.
-
Secure CAB approval to exit warranty.
-
Capture and embed lessons learned for future implementations.
