Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.

- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with care plans and regulatory requirements.
- Support residents in engaging with social and recreational activities to enhance their well‑being.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.
- Adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies to maintain the highest standards of care.
Qualifications and Skills

- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – training is provided.
