We are looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Finance Broker to join our rapidly growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to launch a successful career in finance, with excellent earning potential and clear progression routes in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively source new business leads through a high volume of daily outbound calls (B2B).
* Identify and qualify opportunities in asset finance and business loans.
* Master our lead-finding process with the comprehensive training provided.
* Work closely with Senior Brokers, passing qualified deals for them to close.
* Build your knowledge to develop into a full 360-degree Broker role within 6-12 months.
What’s on Offer:
* Base Salary: Up to ÂŁ25,000 depending on experience.
* OTE: Realistic £45,000–£50,000 in Year 1.
* Commission: Uncapped 10% commission structure.
* Progression: A clear path from Junior Broker to Team Leader.
* Training: Full training in both sales and finance from day one.
* Location: Office-based in Hertford.
* Culture: A supportive, honest, and hard-working team environment.
