Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional and practical support to service users
- Assist with personal care, including hygiene, meals, and daily living tasks
- Support individuals with medication in line with company policies
- Monitor and record vital signs and maintain accurate care records
- Promote independence and support individuals in making informed choices
- Contribute to the development and review of care plans
- Encourage participation in social and community activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
- Follow health and safety procedures, including fire safety and risk assessments
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and external agencies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the service
