Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional and practical support to service users
- Assist with personal care, including hygiene, meals, and daily living tasks
- Support individuals with medication in line with company policies
- Monitor and record vital signs and maintain accurate care records
- Promote independence and support individuals in making informed choices
- Contribute to the development and review of care plans
- Encourage participation in social and community activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
- Follow health and safety procedures, including fire safety and risk assessments
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and external agencies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the service
- A caring and compassionate individual with a person-centred approach
- Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships

- At least 3 months’ experience in a care setting
- Understanding of basic healthcare and patient care procedures
- GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths
- Good general health and ability to carry out physical care tasks
- Strong organisational, communication, and record-keeping skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins
- Commitment to training and professional development
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
