Square in the Air is hiring a B2B PR Team Account Executive to work across a range of B2B PR accounts. B2B PR focuses on creating and maintaining brand awareness for suppliers in the gaming and sports betting industry: the businesses providing the content, technology and software that power consumer-facing operators.

About Square in the Air:

  • Award-winning PR and marketing agency based in central London, specialising in betting and online gaming.
  • Team of 50+ and growing.
  • Deliver B2B, B2C, video and social media campaigns to a wide range of global clients.

About the B2B team:

  • Team of 10+ former journalists and PR professionals.
  • Provides PR support to industry names including Blueprint Gaming, Games Global, OpenBet, Pragmatic Play, RubyPlay, White Hat Studios.
  • Delivers content-rich B2B campaigns including press releases, interviews, thought leadership, plus video content and social media activity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create a wide range of content: press releases, thought leadership, roundtable features, Q&As, interviews, social media posts.
  • Media and client liaison, including daily communication and weekly calls.
  • Daily and weekly content idea generation.
  • Compile coverage and report results to clients via data-driven reports.

The candidate:

  • Written/social/digital content experience and a passion for writing.
  • Confident communicator; comfortable in client-facing situations and on client calls.
  • Digitally savvy; comfortable with Microsoft Office including Teams, Excel and Word.
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent); copywriting/journalism/B2B PR experience preferred.

Necessary skills:

  • Works well with team members.
  • Flexible “can do” attitude; thrives on exceeding expectations.
  • Can work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy; follows instruction; uses initiative.
  • Multitasks across multiple accounts.
  • Reliable and punctual; professional and courteous manner; motivated and enthusiastic with a desire to learn.

Working environment:

  • Hybrid: 2 days in the office (3 during probation).
  • Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (flexible start/finish).
  • Willingness to work outside office hours occasionally.
  • Dress code: smart-casual (unless a formal event/meeting).

Salary & package:

  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
  • Company pension and bonus scheme (subject to passing three-month probation).
  • 25 days’ holiday per annum + Bank Holidays, plus extra days earned with length of service.
