We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking Food Runners to join our dynamic front-of-house team at Square Grill Brasserie Restaurant & Piano Bar, located in the heart of historic Bath.

The Role

As a Food Runner, you'll play an essential role in ensuring smooth and efficient service between our kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering food promptly, accurately and professionally to guests.

• Ensuring dishes are presented to our high standards.

• Working closely with chefs, waiters and management to maintain seamless service.

• Developing excellent knowledge of our food menu, ingredients and allergens.

• Supporting the floor team with clearing, resetting and preparing tables.

• Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Contributing to an exceptional guest experience throughout service.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant, ideally within an upscale dining environment.

• Is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about hospitality.

• Can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Communicates confidently and follows instructions from senior team members.

• Enjoys working as part of a close-knit, hardworking team.

• Demonstrates initiative and a positive attitude.

• Is motivated to learn, develop and progress within the hospitality industry.
