We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Square Grill Restaurant Piano Bar. Located at the Heart Of Bath with stunning views of Bath Abbey and The Roman Rooms, the restaurant offers all-day dining from breakfast, brunch, a seasonal à la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast. Occupying a stunning terrace and two floors, Square is a modern grill restaurant with private dining rooms and a piano cocktail bar.
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. Your passion for food, flexibility, excellent organisation skills, and cool head will mean that you will keep your section always running smoothly whilst inspiring your team to do the same.
