We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team in Warrington on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of a wide range of events. You will be responsible for managing all logistical elements, liaising with suppliers and partners, controlling budgets, and ensuring that each event is delivered to the highest standard. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure that every detail is executed flawlessly, from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and deliver events from brief to execution
- Coordinate all event logistics, including timelines, schedules, and operations
- Source, brief, and manage suppliers, venues, and other partners
- Oversee event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead on-site event delivery, managing teams and ensuring seamless execution
- Contribute to creative development and event concept planning
- Ensure events meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations
- Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports
- Proven experience in planning and delivering events across a variety of formats and sectors
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Confident in managing budgets and negotiating with suppliers
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Detail oriented with a commitment to high quality delivery
- Experience in event marketing, audience engagement, and promotional strategies
- Knowledge of venue sourcing and contract negotiation
- Proficient with event management tools and software
- Full UK driving licence required as travel is expected within this role.
