Team Leader – Square + Fair (Cardiff)
Hours: 35+ hours per week, 5 days out of 7
Location: Llandaff Fields, Cardiff, CF11 9HZ
Square + Fair is Cardiff’s freshest and most exciting new coffee shop and sandwich bar — where giant filled focaccias meet next-level, fair-trade coffee vibes! We’re looking for an energetic, passionate and downright brilliant Team Leader to join our crew as we bring a new kind of flavour to the city in our second venue, we will be open late so you must be able to work evenings.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Manager in running the day-to-day magic
- Leading, motivating and inspiring a small, tight-knit team
- Serving up incredible sandwiches, epic coffees, and 10/10 customer vibes
- Making sure the shop looks as good as the food tastes
- Managing stock, ordering supplies and smashing targets

- You’ve got hospitality experience and love being part of a buzzing environment
- You’re organised, energetic, and have real leadership skills
