The Role As BDR Manager, you'll lead a team of five outbound BDRs focused on generating pipeline across SMB and Mid-Market merchants.

You'll report directly to the UK CEO and play a key role in shaping how we prospect, hire, coach and grow the team.

This isn't a role where you're expected to maintain an existing playbook.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building things; someone who sees opportunities to improve how a team operates and has the initiative to make them happen.

You'll have ownership over hiring, onboarding, coaching, outbound strategy and day-to-day team performance, while working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, CRM, Sales Strategy and other global teams.
