Job Overview: We are seeking a hard-working and self-sufficient Marketing Apprentice to join our team. This junior role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to break into the marketing industry and develop their skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing content across various social media platforms to drive business growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate innovative ideas for social media content.
- Schedule and post content on social media platforms.
- Create engaging videos, reels, and stories.
- Design visual assets using Canva.
- Utilise scheduling tools to manage and plan social media posts.
- Manage workload effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Generate business leads and opportunities for clients through social media.
- Share posts to many Facebook groups.
- Share posts to many LinkedIn groups.
- Respond to comments and direct messages within 1 hour.
Training & Support:
- Direct access to an experienced team member for on-the-job training and support.
- Regular interaction with the owner of the company, who is committed to supporting staff development.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English & Maths (or you will have to pass English & Maths Level 2 when you start your apprenticeship).
