- Identifying operational efficiencies, process improvements and enhanced customer outcomes
- Ideal for BAs with strong client servicing and operational change experience
Auto Enrolment & Pension Growth Programme
- Supporting strategic growth and regulatory readiness within a major pensions business
- Working across regulatory requirements, operational foundations and technology change
- Seeking BAs with Auto Enrolment and pensions knowledge
Wealth Management Regulatory Change (CP26/10)
- Supporting Annual Suitability Review transformation
- Defining detailed business and technology requirements
- Wealth management and suitability review experience highly desirable
Strong requirements gathering and process improvement skills required
