The Change Manager will lead organisational transformation initiatives across diverse industries and clients. This role requires expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications to drive successful adoption of change initiatives in fast-paced consultancy environments.
As a manager at Squarcle, you will play a pivotal role in providing guidance and expertise to clients across various industries. You will be responsible for leading a team of consultants, delivering complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative optimisation and transformation solutions. You will contribute to business development efforts, lead teams, mentor junior consultants, and support the success of the consulting practice.
Primary Roles And Responsibilities- Apply change management frameworks (PROSCI ADKAR, Kotter's Change Model, Lewin's Change Theory).
- Develop strategic communications aligned with organisational change goals.
- Use digital communication tools and platforms, such as intranet systems, email campaigns, and analytics.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess organisational readiness, and identify change risks.
- Use data to drive decision‐making and measure outcomes.
- Design and execute tailored change management strategies and plans for client projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams, including project managers, consultants, and client stakeholders, to embed change management principles into project deliverables.
- Identify, analyse, and manage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities during change implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, coaching them on their roles in leading change.

- PROSCI or APMG Change Management Certification (or equivalent).
- Proven track record of leading complex, large‐scale change initiatives across multiple industries.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver impactful communication strategies.
- Experience of managing and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders in a complex and challenging environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in multi‐disciplinary environments.
- Understanding of the Defence or Public Sector.
- Relevant experience of managing a decentralised team.
