Salary: 21.00 to 25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules

Support for youths:

  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
  • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
