Description

SQS is seeking an experienced Reinstatement Manager to oversee reinstatement operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements, Company procedures, and legislative standards. The successful candidate will act as a Company ambassador, demonstrating the SQS Vision and Values while maintaining the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage reinstatement teams to maximise productivity, quality, and profitability while controlling costs.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, industry specifications, and Company policies and procedures.
• Plan, monitor, and resource operational activities within the area of responsibility.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Oversee workforce management, including recruitment, training, competency, performance, and development.
• Support the management of customer enquiries and ensure issues are resolved in line with Company procedures.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure delivery against contractual requirements and KPI targets.
• Ensure all documentation and reporting, including daily worksheets, waste logs, and OnTrack records, are completed accurately and to a high standard.
• Conduct or support investigations, including Own Goal investigations and other operational matters.
• Assist with the management of overtime, expenses, payroll processes, and holiday planning in accordance with Company policy.
