With a 20-year track record in providing high quality reinstatement and highways maintenance services, SQS continues to be at the forefront of quality, innovation and performance in the industry.
Apprenticeship Scheme
Apprentices will be recruited for the 2025/26 Apprenticeship to complete the Highways and Maintenance Apprenticeship with SQS. The scheme lasts a minimum of 1 year and 1 week. Initial training programme: 3 weeks at our London depot. On-the-job training: 80% on the job at one of our designated depots, 20% off the job at our London depot. On-the-job tasks include working with bituminous materials, paved surfaces, back-fill and spoil removal within our highways reinstatement teams. Fixed-term basis; duration depends on course completion, at least 1 year and 1 week. Successful apprentices may be considered for a full-time established role.
