What you'll do
- Design data workflows for table synchronisation, migration progress tracking, validation, and operational reporting.
- Work closely with product engineering on SQL Server metadata, query performance, batch processing, and observability features.
- Prototype reliable approaches for moving and checking large datasets, from small business systems to multi-billion-row tables.
- Document implementation patterns so support, sales, and customers understand how the product behaves in real environments.
What we're looking for
- Strong SQL Server experience, including schema design, indexing, query tuning, and operational troubleshooting.
- Production experience with ETL, ELT, migration, replication, or synchronisation workflows.
- Able to turn ambiguous database problems into measured, testable product behaviour.
