You'll support ROO's operations team with hands-on work that is critical to the quality of our platform — including product data verification, image quality review, listing accuracy checks, and data labelling for our AI systems. This is ideal for someone interested in fashion, technology, or startups who wants real operational experience at an early-stage company.

What You'll Do

  • Verify product listings for accuracy (brand, model, condition, pricing)
  • Review and label images for AI training datasets
  • Perform quality checks on authentication and verification processes
  • Assist with data entry, categorisation, and catalogue management
  • Flag inconsistencies and suggest process improvements
  • Support the operations team with ad hoc tasks as the platform scales

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks
  • Interest in fashion, luxury goods, or technology
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your own time
  • Available for a minimum of 15 hours per week
