Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within the supply chain. Ensure compliance with UK regulations and company policies, and develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks. Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Use data-driven insights to monitor supply chain performance and present regular reports to senior management. Liaise with other managers such as the Warehouse Manager, Transport Manager and Stock Manager.
